4. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter notice that includes:

  • Your contact details

  • A description of the content and its location before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area

  • Your signature

We may restore the removed content upon receipt of a valid counter-notification unless the original complainant files a court action.
